Our products are sourced from a number of select suppliers and are of high quality and original style. Please be aware that slight variations may occur in size and colour for original handcrafted pieces and may vary slightly from product images displayed on our website, due to variations in individual internet usage.
Products are available while stocks last. We will endeavour to withdraw a product from the website as soon as we are made aware that it becomes unavailable. If an item that you have ordered is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you by email and let you know the anticipated waiting period, offering you suitable alternatives if you wish so you can decide if you are happy to wait for your product or exchange your purchase for an alternative. Because your satisfaction is of utmost importance Gabanzo is always committed to verify the quality of the product before it is delivered to you. Please choose carefully as no refunds will be given unless merchandise is faulty. If you are not happy with your product for any reason, products can be exchanged or we can provide you with a credit if the product is returned in its original condition, undamaged and unworn. The customer will pay all freight charges. No refunds can be paid.
We will be able to advise you on the care instructions for your purchase in order to prolong the life of your product and keep it looking its best. Simply email us and we will respond to your request within 5 working days.
Payment for all products will be by PayPal or EFT.

Delivery is within 7 working days. All items are dispatched by express post. Please note that delivery can be delayed due to Public Holidays.
After we have processed your order a confirmation email will be sent to you advising delivery details.
Due to the nature of transportation, complications may occur including damage during delivery. If an item arrives damaged, you must notify Gabanzo via email within 24 hours with clear detailed photos of the damage. You will also be required to include a personal opinion on whether damage most likely occurred during transport or prior to dispatch.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the site. However, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, settings and the lighting in the room where you are viewing the product.
Goods must be paid for in full prior to dispatch. You should take care in ensuring that your order is accurate and that it is what you want, as we do not offer refunds if you change your mind. We do not refund for unforeseeable delays due to supply or delivery. Should a product arrive and it is faulty or damaged, please refer to the DAMAGE & COMPLICATIONS section for the appropriate course of action.
